Kinsley Revitalizes Downtown York Building

Transformation enables expansion while strengthening city roots

York, Pa, May 7 – Kinsley Construction, Inc. has started construction on 1110 E. Princess Street in York to transform the vacant building into a state-of-the-art office facility. The comprehensive renovations will create space and amenities to support planned growth of the company while also forging a stronger relationship with the downtown community.
“This revitalized space provides room for growth outside of our Headquarters on Water Street,” said Jon Kinsley, President and CEO at Kinsley Construction. “We have deep roots in York, so expanding some operations at our current location in the city was the only option we considered.”
The building will feature the most up-to-date technology, multiple meeting spaces, flexible open floorplans with workspaces including stand-up desks, soft seating and outdoor areas.
Kinsley Construction headquarters will remain at 2700 Water Street with select services expanding into the new facility. Construction has begun and work is slated for completion by winter of 2018.

A Day of Giving for Kinsley Employees

Kinsley employees stepped downtown to participate in Give Local York on Friday, May 4.

Employees showed their support for organizations like the SPCA, Coast to Coast Dachshund Rescue, Sunrise Soap, York County History Center and more in an effort to help the York community raise over $1M to benefit local organizations. Over 45 employees also took time on Friday to donate blood to the American Red Cross.

Giving back and showing support for communities we serve is a part of the Kinsley culture practiced by our employees and the Kinsley family. Thank you to everyone for continuing the tradition by participating in Give Local York and the American Red Cross blood drive!
