OSS Health Expands into West York

Kinsley Construction, Inc. broke ground on a new medical office building (MOB) for OSS Health. The 45,000-square-foot and three-story MOB and orthopaedic walk-in service facility will be conveniently located along Roosevelt Avenue in Manchester Township. The facility will allow OSS Health to better serve the West York community.

This new OSS Health MOB is scheduled to open in September and will include:

  • Orthopaedic services provided in 25 exam rooms
  • Two state-of-the-art digital x-ray units
  • A 4,900 square-foot physical therapy area utilized for rehabilitation services
  • Space for pre-admission services
  • An Orthopaedic Urgent Care area open 5 days a week

“We are proud to be a part of OSS Health’s continued growth. Our first construction project with OSS was ten years ago, and it’s exciting to still be working with them today.” said Jan Wagner, Vice President at Kinsley.

Recently, Kinsley completed construction of the 6,000-square-foot addition and parking deck at the existing OSS Orthopaedic Hospital on Powder Mill Road.

In 2018, Kinsley earned $250.37 million in local revenue and employed 1,213 workers, helping the company earn its ranking as the area’s top general contractor.

Kinsley Builds New Branch for York Traditions Bank

York, Pa, May 24, 2018 – Kinsley Construction, Inc. was recently awarded the general construction contract for a new York Traditions Bank branch. On May 10, 2018, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the approximately 2,000-sq-ft space, located in downtown York at 100 North George Street. Replacing a former tattoo parlor and bail bonds company, the new branch will provide a convenient location for those who live and work downtown.

Construction consists of interior demolition and security glazing, as well as new interior finishes inclusive of glass partitions, sliding doors and hardwood floor restoration. The bank will have:

  • A cash/ATM room and night deposit drop for convenient after-hours transactions
  • A teller area for walk-in banking needs
  • A comfortable customer waiting area
  • Private offices for account opening, loan services and financial counseling
  • A glass-enclosed conference room

Kinsley is scheduled to finish construction of the new branch location by August 2018.

Kinsley Revitalizes Downtown York Building


Transformation enables expansion while strengthening city roots

York, Pa, May 7 – Kinsley Construction, Inc. has started construction on 1110 E. Princess Street in York to transform the vacant building into a state-of-the-art office facility. The comprehensive renovations will create space and amenities to support planned growth of the company while also forging a stronger relationship with the downtown community.
“This revitalized space provides room for growth outside of our Headquarters on Water Street,” said Jon Kinsley, President and CEO at Kinsley Construction. “We have deep roots in York, so expanding some operations at our current location in the city was the only option we considered.”
The building will feature the most up-to-date technology, multiple meeting spaces, flexible open floorplans with workspaces including stand-up desks, soft seating and outdoor areas.
Kinsley Construction headquarters will remain at 2700 Water Street with select services expanding into the new facility. Construction has begun and work is slated for completion by winter of 2018.
